Anita (Sinkey) Hamilton

Anita (Sinkey) Hamilton passed away on October 9 in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Anita Louse Sinkey was born February 24, 1964, at Sturgis, South Dakota, to parents Charles and Betty (Anderson) Sinkey. As a small child she moved with her family to Midland, SD. She attended school there and graduated from Midland High School in 1982. After graduation she moved to Pierre and worked for the Department of Education.
She married Curt Hansen in 1984 in Pierre. She moved to the Sioux Falls area in 1990.
She married Robert Hamilton July 2, 2011, in Sioux Falls. They have lived in Hartford for the past three years. She was employed by Sunshine Foods in Hartford.
Grateful for having shared her life are her husband, Robert, Hartford; children, Heather (Trevor) Bunde, Colton; Heidi (Travis) Ellison, Crooks; Cole Hansen, Brandon; eight grandchildren, Logan, Peyton, Sutton, Kobe, Brooklyn, Lincoln, Quinn, and Maverick; her mother, Betty Sinkey, Midland; siblings Duwayne Sinkey, Midland, Russell Sinkey, Midland, Eileen Aberle, Sioux Falls, Pamela Sinkey, Fort Pierrs, Dennis Sinkey, Midland and Sherri Becker, Faribault, Minnesota and many niesces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, Charles Sinkey.
