New playground equipment installed at Bison City Park

Bison’s City Park is getting a facelift, with new playground equipment and new park edging being installed. The Hurry ‘n Hustle club is spearheading the renovation. Becky Krause said the  finished playground installation will feature 2 slides, a ladder and climbing wall.  

In addition, new edging to replace the current wood borders, that are being displaced or showing wear or rotting, will be added as soon as the club gets the proper funding towards those purchases.

The Bison City Park last saw major renovations and upgrades from the Hurry ‘n Hustle Club with the addition of the teeter totters and the park lamposts that provide lighting after dark. The park has RV hookups and elevated firepits in addition to picnic shelters and bathrooms.
